KARACHI: Having made a mark with her best performance till date in Ruswai earlier this year, Sana Javed has two upcoming projects in the pipeline. She will soon be sharing the screen with Bilal Abbas Khan in her next, titled Dunk that also features Yasra Rizvi, Noman Ijaz and Atiqa Odho. According to latest news, Sana Javed has signed on for a new drama, titled Neeli Zinda Hai, that stars her opposite Mohib Mirza. The two will be sharing the screen for the first time and we’re eager to witness it.
Sana shared the first look of her character, Neeli, yesterday. Neeli Zinda Hai is being directed by Qasim Ali Mureed.

Speaking exclusively to Cutacut, Qasim Ali Mureed shared that they’ve been working on the script since a while. “It is a classic love story that talks about the past and present simultaneously,” he revealed. “I’m hoping to create something interesting that people love but I can’t reveal too much at the moment. It is not a run of the mill project; it has its own uniqueness. Sana is playing Neeli while her love interest Amaan will be played by Mohib Mirza.”
He informed that the cast also includes Sonia Mishal, Osama Tahir, Syed Mohammad Ahmed and many others. The script is penned by Adeel Razzak while the project is produced under the banner of Six Sigma Plus.
In addition to Neeli Zinda Hai, Qasim Ali Mureed is also gearing up for his film, Tich Button. Meanwhile, his ongoing drama serial Prem Gali is winning hearts. Let’s wait and see what Neeli Zinda Hai holds in store for viewers.
