KARACHI: Activist and lawyer Jibran Nasir got engaged to Laal Kabootar actress Mansha Pasha on Sunday. The beautiful engagement ceremony took place in Karachi.
News of their engagement made rounds on social media when their engagement invitation card surfaced online recently.
Mansha Pasha looked stunning in a pink lehngha choli by the bridal company, Omrose. Jibran was seen wearing a white shalwar kurta.
He took to his social media to share the picture of the happy couple at their engagement.
The engagement itself was a day-time event that looked beautiful, with the decor draped in white and green floral garlands. The event was organised by MA events.
From the several videos that surfaced online, the one that stole our hearts was of Jibran planting a kiss on Mansha’s cheek during the ceremony that has possibly the entire of Twitter gushing.
The video showed Jibran asking if it was permissible for him to do so after the two exchanged rings, before kissing her.
Where some users were adoring the encounter, others were unnecessarily policing Jibran’s behaviour, apparently suggesting that since they aren’t technically married as yet, it wasn’t right for him to kiss her.
Personally, we can’t help admiring the adorable video and wish the two a lifetime of happiness together!
