KARACHI: 26 year old rapper just gave an interview to WE TV network, describing the details of an incident when she was sexually harassed during a photoshoot.
In the interview, Cardi B revealed that she was being photographed once, when the photographer sexually harassed her on set. “I will never forget how I went to shoot for this magazine and the photographer, he was trying to get close to me like, ‘Yeah, you want to get in this magazine?'” she said. “Then he pulled his d*** out.”
Unfortunately, there were no repercussions for his actions. Cardi B stated that she complained to the owner of the magazine as well but got nowhere. ‘You know what’s so crazy? I told the magazine owner and he just looked at me like, “So? And?”‘ she said.
Cardi also spoke about the #MeToo movement: “When I see the Me Too movement — there’s girls from the hood I know that went through the same type of treatment, like they make you feel like you got to do a certain type of thing for the most bulls*** s***. It happens, really, every day.’
The interviewer asked the rapper if anything like this still happens to her, she quickly responded: ‘Oh, hell no. I’ll put you on blast on my Instagram … I’ll f***ing violate.’
