KARACHI: It is never a dull day when the Pakistan cricket team takes the field. Whether it is beating Hong Kong with 155 runs or making a comeback after their loss against India, we have been on quite the journey with the boys. And it is not just their skills as cricketers that we are in awe of but it is their unity and brotherhood that has warmed our hearts. And at the forefront is none other than Naseem Shah. The 19-year-old has won our hearts once again as Naseem Shah hit two sixes against Afghanistan during a nail biting match. While many had assumed Pakistan’s win to be impossible with only 1 wicket remaining, Shah proved that he is full of surprises and has everyone praising him again!
The fact that Naseem hit six huge sixes to avenge his Asif bhai just tells me how close these boys are.
We should feel privileged to watch this batch of talented and united cricketers.
