KARACHI: If there is one woman who can rule any screen, it is Saba Qamar and she is ready to do that once again with the team at ARY Digital. Known for taking on roles that are challenging and serve a greater purpose than just entertainment, Qamar is set to star in an iDream Production, a drama that will possibly shatter stereotypes. Taking to her Instagram, the actor shared the first look of hers from the upcoming project. Seated inside a taxi behind the steering wheel, perhaps Qamar will play the role of a female taxi driver, a concept rare in Pakistan.

While Saba Qamar promised that her upcoming project for ARY Digital is ‘special’, Muneeb Butt too shared pictures with his costar from the sets of the drama. “Really excited to announce that I am playing a very unique character of first trans Assistant commissioner in my upcoming project. Something that breaks the stereotypes in our society,” Butt revealed to his followers on Instagram.

“It has been the most challenging role I have ever had to play, where I had to truly get out of my comfort zone,” Butt continued while going on to thank Saba Qamar for facilitating his journey. The drama will mark the first time that Muneeb Butt and Saba Qamar will be sharing the screen.
