“It is a telefilm about the water crisis,” Yasir Hussain told Cutacut. “We shot it in Potohar two months ago. It is expected to release in January 2021.” In addition to Yasir and Minal, the upcoming telefilm features Tipu Shah, Madiha Rizvi and Nazar Hussain in important roles.

While Yasir recently directed a music video and has been working on film scripts lately, Minal Khan has been dominating the small screen. She played the antagonist in one of the most talked-about play this season, Jalan that recently came to an end. Going by behind-the-scenes pictures of Pyaas, her character seems to be in sharp contrast with the one in Jalan. She also recently featured in a music video with Uzair Jaswal that portrays her in a lively avatar. Let’s wait and see what her upcoming telefilm with Yasir Hussain holds in store for viewers.
