KARACHI: Dil Bechara marks the debut of Sanjana Sanghi, and unfortunately Sushant Singh Rajput’s last film. The film is an onscreen adaptation of John Green’s popular book The Fault In Our Stars, which was also made into a Hollywood film featuring Ansel Elgort and Shailene Woodley.
Sanjana Sanghi shared the trailer on Twitter, saying “We miss you so much Sushant. Thank you, for your love.” Ever since the release of the trailer, the film and Sushant Singh are both trending on Twitter.
Earlier this year, Singh died by suicide. He was 34 years old.
The plot is based on two individuals who are battling life-threatening illnesses but meet each other and fall in love. Watch the full trailer below:
