KARACHI: Ramsha Khan is one of those actors who continue to have a charming personality on and off screen. Regardless of which roles she takes up, she does complete justice to it and leaves an impact on her audiences. Hence, it is no less than exciting news to find out that Ramsha Khan is all set to star in a new drama titled Jannat Say Agay. Sharing the screen with her this time will be Gohar Rasheed, Kubra Khan and the rising star Talha Chahour.
While other actors have been tight lipped about the new project, Gohar Rasheed broke the news on Instagram as he shared a video with his costars from the set of the drama. Jannat Say Agay has been written by Umera Ahmed who also wrote the Kubra Khan starrers Hum Kahan Keh Sachay Thay and Sinf-e-Ahan where Ramsha Khan was also one of the leads.
Rasheed’s post also revealed that the new drama has been directed by Haseeb Hassan for Geo Entertainment. Most of the actors from the cast have worked together before with Rasheed having starred opposite Ramsha Khan in Ishqiya and alongside Kubra Khan in the recent movie London Nahi Jaunga.
While Talha Chahour is fairly new to the party, he has been picking up pace with his debut performance in Jo Bichar Gaye gaining massive praise and Wabaal starting off strong as well. It will definitely be interesting to see how well he is able to perform alongside Ramsha Khan and the others in the new drama.
