KARACHI: When it comes to a local brand expanding their horizons and stepping into new categories, Sapphire seems to be bringing its A game. After introducing cosmetics and lingerie to its audience, Sapphire has recently launched a new category of modest wear. Available on their website and in stores, the line includes abayas, hijabs, and kaftans in multiple variations.
The hijabs introduced by the brand are plain solids in shades of grey, blue, maroon, pink, black and brown. The price point for a single piece stands between Rs.990 and Rs.1,490.
Made of 100% polyester, the abayas and kaftans stand at higher price points. Starting from Rs.2,990, a double layered abaya in black can cost you Rs.7,990 from Sapphire. Kimono style kaftans are priced at Rs.5,990 and are available in hues of dusty mauve and blue.
Modest wear by Sapphire makes the brand one of the more inclusive ones in Pakistan. By branching out into modest fashion, Sapphire can appeal to a bigger audience, and set itself as a one-stop solution for shopping.
