Today on International Women's Day, I want to remind men that your daughters look up to you, do not disappoint them. Be there. Be giving. Be kind. Be gentle, And remind them that they are not inferior to your sons. I would like to remind men, that your wives are equal to you. Not because it sounds nice to say, but because it is true. They are your teachers. You are to stand by them, you are not here as an authority over them. Be there for them. I would like to remind men; you think you have had a hard day at the office, I can assure you that she has had a tougher day. Be there.
