KARACHI: Celebrity feuds are nothing new. In fact, over the years, we’ve had our fair share of them. From Mariah Carey and Eminem to Nicki Minaj and Miley Cyrus to One Direction and The Wanted. However, there was one feud that every 90s kid was invested in and that was the Backstreet Boys and NYSNC feud. Now don’t get us wrong, the feud wasn’t messy. There weren’t any diss tracks made, there wasn’t social media banter and there was no public calling outs. Instead, it was a feud between two successful boybands battling it out to be better one of the two. However, fans were in for a pleasant surprise when members of the two bands got together and gave us crossover videos that we didn’t know we needed all these years.
Songs that turned decade old this year
Backstreet Boys’ AJ McLean and Nick Carter joined together with NSYNS’s Lance Bass and Joey Fatone got together in a series of Instagram posts which surprised fans. The videos were posted with the hashtags #BackSync and #SyncStreet which made the collaboration even more obvious.

And it just kept getting better from there onwards. First came the ‘Bye Bye Bye’ crossover. The song is etched in all our minds and you can’t forgot the iconic dance steps from the music video. So to watch the two boybands perform the song and steps together was an absolute treat!

Saving the best for last was a crossover within a crossover. This time #BackSync or #SyncStreet, whichever of the two you want to call them, acted the fan favorite Pivot scene from friends!
Fans could not be happier with this crossover. All their 90s dreams were finally fulfilled!
