KARACHI: Alia Bhatt has been taking the film industry by storm. From her critically acclaimed role in Gangubai Kathiawadi to her Netflix movie Darlings, there has been nothing but praise for the actor. To add to the excitement surrounding her, Alia Bhatt shared a first look into her Hollywood debut Heart of Stone which is set to release on Netflix in 2023.
Heart of Stone will see Alia Bhatt star opposite the likes of Gal Gadot and Jamie Dornan and for the longest time, these were the only details revealed about the upcoming movie. However, all that changed when Alia Bhatt shared the teaser for Heart of Stone. The clip shared by Bhatt on Instagram promises a whole lot of action and thrills with high speed car chases and explosions.
Bhatt will play the role of Keya Dhawan while Gal Gadot and Jamie will play CIA agents and it is suggested that they are on a high stake mission. Gadot’s voiceover explains, “You know what you signed up for. No friends, no relationships. What we do is too important.” The clip then cuts into the actors explaining how, “Heart of Stone is going to be extremely epic,” as per Gadot. Bhatt explains that, “It has these characters that you connect with and feel for.”
The movie is set to release in 2023 and in the meantime Alia Bhatt has other projects lined up such as Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani and Jee Le Zaraa .
