KARACHI: Lux Style Awards 2020 are just around the corner. Earlier this month, we reported that the ceremony will take place virtually this year, followed by a list of winners for 2020. The event is all set to stream online on December 31. With three days left for it, we know who is going to be hosting it. In a recent social media post, Mehwish Hayat and Ahmed Ali Butt have introduced themselves as the official hosts for the night.
The two were also a part of the list of hosts at the event last year. We also saw them co-starring on the big screen in Jawani Phir Nahi Ani 2. Given their friendship and witty take on things, one hopes to see the duo offering fun moments at LSA 2020.
In addition, the starry night will see the stars getting recognized for their performances in film, TV, music and fashion. Here is everyone who was nominated for a trophy this year. We aren’t sure if the event will also feature nominees or it will just have the winners onboard given the restrictions owing to Covid-19.
Let’s wait and see how LSA 2020 turn out to be amidst the pandemic and the new normal. How similar or different it is going to be than a physical event, we are eager to witness that!
