Pakistani artist Sara Shakeel collaborates with Julia Roberts

Sara Shakeel, an Insta-famous Pakistani crystal artist recently joined Lancôme, a global cosmetics giant, for their recent campaign that features Hollywood celebrities Julia Roberts and Amanda Seyfriend.

The company shared this glitter themed Christmas advertisement on its Instagram handle for its high-performance serum – Advanced Génifique. Sara Shakeel, known for adding her sparkly touch to anything she touches took to her Instagram to express her joy. “I’ve been dying to share this with all of you for such a long time! Dreams are definitely made up of kindness, smiles, and everything nice! My collaboration with Lancôme was no less than all that I’ve mentioned! To take over their Christmas collaboration with my sparkles, to be redecorating two of my favourite people in the world! I mean, creating art out of Julia Roberts and Amanda Seyfried was like a pinching moment for me.”

As a Pakistani artist, Sara Shakeel’s outreach to a global sensation such as Julia Roberts is a massive feat for all of us. Shakeel expressed her excitement over the fact that Roberts and Seyfriend will see it, and that the three of them are in on this together. She wrote, “Every time I stared at their images, about to sparkle them up, I was like “Damn! This is such a dream! They will see this! And I hope they like what they see.”

She thanked the CEO and the company as she continued with her heartfelt message, “I truly and really thank the whole team of @lancomeofficial, the CEO for believing in my “NEW form of art” and letting me take over their Christmas 2020 campaign! The artist has added her sparkly new perspective to various other things urging her viewers to see things differently with her art.
