This is for the Pakistani elite losing it over a proposed ban on imported cheese

KARACHI: Economic advisors have discussed banning imports of luxury cars, smartphones and cheese in a wide-ranging strategy session on how to avoid seeking a bailout from the International Monetary Fund (IMF). People are obviously losing it … over cheese.

The struggle is real. For your benefit, we made a list of locally produced cheese.

1. Adam’s Cheese

The brand has been producing dairy products for decades now and has a large variety of cheeses, including cheddar, mozzarella, pizza, cottage, slices and chilli cheese.

2. Farmer’s Cheese

A leading brand in the industry, they also provide a variety of cheese products available on their website.

3. Nurpur Cheese

Nurpur is quite famous for its butter but the brand also manufactures cheese

4. Deen’s Cheese

Although not as popular as the rest, Deen is also an option for locally-produced cheese to comfort you during the ban.

5. Eden’s Cheese

A growing brand in Pakistan, Eden’s produces 10 kinds of cheese. They are based in Punjab’s Sahiwal.
