KARACHI: Saba Qamar and Zahid Ahmed, two incredibly talented names that the industry has, have worked together multiple times. The list includes drama serials Sangat and Besharam while they starred opposite each other in telefilm, Dil Diyyan Gallan. The two stars are returning to the screen once again. Set to make their first appearance together on the big screen, Saba and Zahid resume shooting for their upcoming film, Ghabrana Nahi Hai.
“Ghabrana nai hai….going back to shoots!” Zahid Ahmed captioned the Instagram post, announcing that the shoot is finally resuming.
The picture posted on social media also features actor Syed Jibran alongside Saba Qamar and Zahid Ahmed. Besides, we also see director Saqib Khan in the frame.
Ghabrana Nahi Hai is a light-hearted comedy film, according to Zahid Ahmed, and it will be a family entertainment. Saba and Zahid’s chemistry will be more like their drama Besharam but more fun and enjoyable. This will be Zahid’s film debut and he is happy to be making it with Saba. Saba, on the other hand, was expected to begin shooting in April 2020 but it was postponed due to the pandemic. Returning to the set, she also shared a solo picture.
Saba has also been working on Sarmad Khoosat’s upcoming film, Kamli. Besides, she directed and featured in a music video opposite Bilal Saeed, earlier this year that landed Saba Qamar in trouble.
Coming back to Ghabrana Nahi Hai, the film is written by Mohsin Ali while Jamil Baig and Hassan Zia are serving as producers. We’re eager to watch Zahid and Saba together on the big screen. Let’s wait and see when the film comes out.
